Pidders & Budders

If you read this post title and immediately knew what 'Pidders & Budders' were then I can only assume you are lucky enough to have a toddler in your home.
Or that you have spent time with one recently like I was fortunate enough to do this past weekend.

We had a wonderful (but way too brief) visit from my cousin and her family.
She has three precious babies and we loved getting to spend time with them!

We girls got to do some shopping at the mall and we found some cool things:

Dino Hands temporary tattoos at Pottery Barn Kids - great stocking stuffer!
They also have Animals and Monsters in these hand tattoos.

Also at PB Kids were these glittery tagboard ornaments hung on velvet ribbon that I loved!
So sparkly and cute - these would be a great DIY project!

The day would not have been nearly as awesome without the race car stroller for Ellanor.
And I only ran over 1 person at the Disney store with it and she was very forgiving.

Later in the day when we all gathered up, Stone and his cousin, William, got to play some kid friendly video games on the tablet:

Such sweet boys!

Ellanor and I read 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar'.

BTW - 'Pidders' are caterpillars and 'Budders' are butterflies in case you didn't know.

We also drew on my giant chalkboard with every piece of chalk in the jar.
(You have to make sure each piece works properly, you know.)

Allie had a great time looking through the West Elm catalog.
She pulled out a few pages of things she likes.
A future decorator maybe???

I do wish we all lived a bit closer so we could see them more often.
And talk some more about Pidders & Budders.
